Red Bull loans Daruvala to McLaren to get his super licence

Jehan Daruvala has completed his first kilometres in a Formula 1 car. The Red Bull Racing talent made a trip to McLaren to take his first F1 test, immediately gathering enough points on his licence to apply for his super license. Article continues under ad Daruvala completed a total of 130 laps on the Silverstone circuit on Tuesday and Wednesday. He did so in the MCL35M, the McLaren car of 2021. In doing so, he completed his first ever F1 test and - perhaps more importantly - collected enough points to qualify for a super license.
