‘George’s way happened to be a lot better': Hamilton reveals car set-up change after qualifying P4
The smile finally returned to Sir Lewis Hamilton’s face on Saturday evening after he qualified fourth at the 2022 Canadian Grand Prix in Montreal. The drivers were met with wet conditions throughout qualifying, and Mercedes entered the day having done a lot of work overnight to figure out the issues that had plagued the seven-time world champion on Friday. It seemed to do the trick as the Briton went on to take fourth – his best qualifying of the year – ahead of George Russell, whom he out-qualified for the fourth time this season.
