Ricciardo reveals ‘clarity’ with McLaren on what he must do to avoid being fired
Daniel Ricciardo has maintained that he still has a healthy relationship with McLaren amid his recent form, and the stinging comments from CEO Zak Brown. It has not been a secret that Ricciardo has struggled to find form at McLaren since his arrival last year, and he has perennially struggled alongside team-mate Lando Norris. The Australian has failed to score any points in the last four races, and Brown said ahead of the Monaco Grand Prix that the eight-time race winner had not “met his or our expectations” during his tenure.
