Horner disappointed after Perez crash: 'Verstappen was significantly faster'

Christian Horner is disappointed with the result of qualifying for the Monaco Grand Prix. Max Verstappen was improving in his final run, but the Dutchman had to abort his lap after Sergio Perez's crash. In the end, it was Charles Leclerc who took the important pole position. The Monegasque was fast all weekend and even before the red flag, he was still improving his pole time. "I don't think pole was in it. Charles was powerful. Congratulations to him, because we couldn't have set that time. It's a shame, both drivers could have improved. Max went significantly faster," Horner told Sky Sports.
