F1 stewards punish Sainz for FP3 incident

The Spaniard has been found guilty of impeding a rival at La Rascasse (Turn 19) during Saturday afternoon's FP3 session. Sainz has been issued with a 25,000 fine and handed his third reprimand of the season, leaving him just two warnings away from landing a ten-place grid drop.
