Sainz and Perez summoned to stewards ahead of Monaco qualifying

Article To news overview © XPB Carlos Sainz and Sergio Perez have both been summoned to the Race Stewards ahead of qualifying for the Monaco Grand Prix. The Ferrari driver will be forced to defend his case after an investigation was called over his alleged unnecessarily impeding of Lance Stroll at Turn 19. The incident happened 21 minutes into Saturday afternoon's FP3 session, only a matter of hours prior to qualifying. Meanwhile, Perez, who topped the timing sheets in FP3, is alleged to have impeded George Russell at the same corner.
