Hamilton no longer among top ten highest paid athletes in the world

Lewis Hamilton is no longer among the top ten highest paid athletes of 2022. Following his eighth spot in 2021, the Briton has this year dropped out of the list of Forbes. In 2021, Hamilton's earnings were estimated by Forbes to be $82 million, putting him in eighth place among the highest paid athletes in the world. In 2017, he was still in tenth place. The Briton earns quite a bit of money with the Mercedes team and also gets paid well through multiple sponsorship deals.
