Popular F1 venue secures long-term deal to stay on calendar

Article To news overview © Singapore GP Pte. Ltd Formula 1 have extended their contract with the Singapore Grand Prix, keeping the race on the calendar for a further seven years, from 2022 to 2028. The Marina Bay Street Circuit first hosted F1 in 2008, and has since become a frequent addition to the schedule. There has been no race held at the venue since 2019 due to the coronavirus pandemic, but a Grand Prix is set to take place later in the 2022 season.
