Sainz has talent: "The better the driver, the faster the process"

Carlos Sainz has proven in his first year at Ferrari that he deserves a spot on the Formula 1 grid. Not only his teammate and the Ferrari fans are impressed, but also team boss Mattia Binotto is satisfied. The former McLaren driver made the switch to Ferrari last season where he immediately made a big impression. The Spaniard helped the team to the third place in the constructors' championship and he himself finished in fifth place, ahead of teammate Charles Leclerc and former teammate Lando Norris.
