Bottas: "The decisions I made personally are just purely what I wanted"

Valtteri Bottas says goodbye to Mercedes in 2022 and starts a new adventure at Alfa Romeo. The Finn reveals that he thought more selfishly when choosing Alfa Romeo and that it was purely what he wanted. Selfish choice Bottas mainly played second fiddle to Lewis Hamilton at Mercedes. While the Briton ran off with multiple world titles, Bottas had to make do with ten wins in five years. Mercedes has chosen to put George Russell in the car in 2022. Bottas had to look for a new team in Formula 1 and ended up with Alfa Romeo.
