Aston Martin and Red Bull finally reach agreement over Fallows

Article To news overview © Aston Martin Dan Fallows will officially join Aston Martin on 2 April, 2022, following a legal battle over his services as he remained under contract at Red Bull. Fallows, Red Bull's former Head of Aerodynamics, having been with the team since 2006, was announced in June 2021 as joining Aston Martin as their new Technical Director. However, Red Bull indicated that they would not be letting him depart without serving an enforced period of notice. As a result, the matter ended up going before courts in the United Kingdom recently, with the initial ruling going in Red Bull's favour.
