Why Gasly ended his best-ever F1 season feeling disappointed
Article To news overview © Red Bull Contentpool/Getty Images Pierre Gasly may have scored his best-ever result in the Formula 1 Drivers' Championship in 2021, having finished in ninth with 110 points, but the Frenchman has admitted that he still feels some disappointment. Having become a race winner in 2020 with AlphaTauri, last season didn't produce quite the same level of peaks, though Gasly became a frequent flyer in the upper midfield and was a regular star in qualifying.
