Exclusive: Honda to maintain links with Red Bull until the end of 2025

While Honda formally depart Formula 1 at the end of 2021 after successfully landing the Drivers' World Championship with Max Verstappen, their intellectual property will continue in the hands of the newly formed Red Bull Powertrains. Due to the closeness of the Red Bull/Honda partnership, Honda agreed to hand over their designs to Red Bull for 2022 and the beginning of the engine freeze.
