Seidl Calls For Respect After Red Bull Boss Receives FIA Warning

Andreas Seidl, the team principal of the McLaren Formula 1 Team, has called for respect after Red Bull team boss Christian Horner received a warning from the FIA for criticising a marshal in Qatar. Horner essentially blamed the marshal for Max Verstappen picking up a five-place grid penalty, as he was adjudged to have ignored double waved yellow flags in qualifying. The Red Bull boss subsequently issued a public apology for his remarks. Seidl has said he can’t imagine himself – or anyone else at McLaren – ending up in a similar position in the future, even in the heat of a Championship battle.
