Mercedes reveal what they expect from Jeddah street track
Article To news overview © RN365/Michael Potts Mercedes' Trackside Engineering Director, Andrew Shovlin, expects the W12 to suit the characteristics of the Jeddah Corniche Circuit, where Lewis Hamilton will aim to win a third consecutive race. Hamilton won the last two races in Brazil and Qatar to close the gap to Red Bull rival Max Verstappen in the Drivers' Championship to eight points. Next weekend's Saudi Arabian Grand Prix marks another new event and venue for Formula 1, with a high-speed layout through the city of Jeddah awaiting the teams.
