Drivers deny issue ‘clear' after Verstappen move

Nov.24 Formula 1 drivers have hit back at suggestions it is now 'clear' how the FIA will issue penalties for overly aggressive racing tactics. It was a hot topic in a lengthy pre-race driver briefing in Qatar, after Max Verstappen escaped penalty despite running championship rival Lewis Hamilton wide and off the track a week earlier in Brazil. F1 race director Michael Masi says the meeting made it 'clear' what is expected of the drivers. 'I think we made it clear to the drivers what we expect from them,' he said.
