Full results sprint qualifying | Bottas and Verstappen share front row

Max Verstappen had to beat Valtteri Bottas in sprint qualifying for the Brazilian Grand Prix. The Dutchman will start alongside the Mercedes driver from the first row of the grid. Carlos Sainz completes the top three in an impressive manner. Both Bottas and Sainz gained positions after a lightning start. Sainz outsmarted Pierre Gasly, Sergio Perez and Verstappen, but the latter managed to reclaim second place.
