Red Bull and AlphaTauri to run Acura branding in Austin

The Acura name is to return to F1 at the United States Grand Prix, with both Red Bull and AlphaTauri sporting it on their cars. While Honda’s North American high-performance brand have never had their own team, they have featured on the grid a number of times over the years. The company name could be found on the helmets of Ayrton Senna and Alain Prost at the 1989 Canadian Grand Prix for example, and at the same circuit in 2007 on the visors of the Honda drivers. They will feature on visors again this year as well as on the overalls of all four drivers using Honda engines. What's more, their branding will also be on the rear wing of all four cars.
