Racing for Lotus in 2012, Romain Grosjean received a message from his new team-mate Kimi Raikkonen that simply read, 'let's have no BS between us'. Lotus fielded an all-new line up in the 2012 Formula 1 season with 2007 World Champion Raikkonen returning to the grid after a two-year absence while Grosjean was handed his first full season in the sport.
