Russell insists P5 was achievable in Turkey: "I'm disappointed with myself"

Qualifying for the Turkish Grand Prix took place in tricky conditions. One of those to fall victim to the drying track was George Russell which he believes cost him P5 on the grid for Sunday's race.  In Q2, Russell was pushing hard but he spun at the final corner. The Brit regained control of the car but lost a significant amount of lap time. Charles Leclerc also did the same thing earlier in the session but the Ferrari driver recovered with another lap.  Frustrating  The Williams driver is not satisfied with P13.
