Gasly benefits from Monza crash: 'That bodes well'

While Pierre Gasly won the Italian Grand Prix in 2020, his 2021 Grand Prix was shattered by a crash in the sprint race. Gasly is disappointed with the result, but also sees positive aspects to the disappointing weekend. For AlphaTauri the weekend at Monza was one to forget. Both drivers failed to finish, after Gasly had qualified in the top ten so well. The Frenchman has already received his grid penalty for his extra engine, so he won't have to take it for the rest of the season.
