Perez set for tactical grid penalty after Q1 exit

Sergio Perez looks set to take a grid penalty for the Dutch Grand Prix, with Red Bull taking the opportunity to change parts. The Red Bull was the fastest car on the grid at Zandvoort, shown by the fact that Max Verstappen claimed pole position despite having DRS issues on his final flying lap in Q3. Despite that though, Perez wasn't able to even make it out of the first session of qualifying, finishing it in P16 and thus being knocked out. Ginve that he's already starting so far down the order, it looks like Red Bull will change his engine this weekend and take a grid penalty rather than do so at a later date when it could be more damaging.
