Russell explains why he was so emotional over first points for Williams

The British driver finished ninth in what proved to be a chaotic Hungarian Grand Prix and, to make the result even more special, teammate Nicholas Latifi also earned points in eighth. Russell was visibly emotional in some TV interviews following the race and admits it means a huge amount to him. "Mental. So happy and quite emotional to be honest," Russell told Sky Sports F1.
