Lando Norris is one of the big surprises of this season. Where Red Bull Racing and Mercedes are much better than the other Formula 1 teams, the Englishman is in an excellent fourth place in the world championship. The driver seems hard to beat for the time being. Norris still has a good relationship with Carlos Sainz, with whom he was in a team in the past. The two men have even become friends. "He knows how I drive and how we think as a team," Norris told Motorsport.com. "Of course we try to change some things a little bit, so he doesn't know everything.
