Horner adamant about Red Bull rumour: "We're not allowed to make progress"

Red Bull Racing put in an impressive race at the French Grand Prix, with Max Verstappen and Sergio Pérez taking first and third place respectively. The Austrian team was much quicker than Mercedes in the final laps, which Toto Wolff finds remarkable. The Mercedes team boss stated in recent days that it seemed Red Bull had more power than in the past.
