Verstappen gets permission from FIA to start on different set of soft tyres

After qualifying, all cars are in Parc Ferme, which means that the teams can make little or no changes to the cars. Unless the teams can prove that some changes are necessary, then they can get an exemption from the FIA. With five drivers hitting the wall in Baku, there were also many parts that needed to be replaced. The FIA technical document, which normally consists of a single A4 page, was three full pages this time. Daniel Ricciardo had to have ten parts replaced and Yuki Tsunoda had to have sixteen.
