Russell felt sorry for Schumacher: 'Those guys are not to be envied'

For the drivers at the front of the field, the Monaco GP usually means driving in a train. At the back of the field, the race is all about looking in the mirrors to make way for the leaders. The Haas drivers did almost nothing different. Russell can imagine Schumacher's difficult race George Russell knows better than anyone how frustrating it is to drive the slowest car around the Monaco circuit. With so many blue flags, this race is perhaps the most difficult and intense of the year for those behind. This was especially true for Mick Schumacher and Nikita Mazepin this year.
