Ricciardo hopeful: 'We saw that in Spain'

Daniel Ricciardo has had a difficult start of the season. The McLaren driver had little time to get used to his new car and that is reflected in his performance. Nevertheless, the Australian feels that his level is improving. Where teammate Lando Norris is doing extremely well, Ricciardo sees that he is also improving his performance. "The team and I are experiencing a good start to the season so far," he says in the press release. "We are up against strong competition, so we are working hard to maximise our performance.
