Moving rear wing of the RB16B in view: This is why the FIA wants new tests

From the French Grand Prix onwards the FIA will be introducing new tests to really eradicate the moving rear wing. This news came after there was a lot of fuss about Red Bull Racing's rear wing, and if you look at the images you can see why. Parts on a Formula 1 car are not allowed to move, or barely move. There is a small margin, but no aerodynamic benefit can be gained from it. For example, it would be handy if your rear wing and front wing are positioned in such a way that you have less drag on the straight. That will give you extra speed.
