Red Bull and Ferrari vote against budgetcap sanctions: "That's a bit strange"

With the regulations surrounding the budget cap, there are also penalties for teams going over this budget cap. What these penalties exactly entail is still being negotiated between all F1 teams. Three teams have spoken out against some of the possible penalties on the table. Seven out of ten teams would like to see sporting penalties as well as financial ones in the event of a breach of the budget cap. Sporting penalties could mean a deduction in points or disqualification from a race/an entire season.
