Bottas: We can go as long as we want in first stint

Portuguese Grand Prix – Mercedes’ Valtteri Bottas believes that his team are on the right strategy to bring victory at the Portuguese Grand Prix. The pole-sitter pipped teammate Lewis Hamilton to pole by just 0.007s and starts the race on the medium tyres – widely regarded as the optimum tyre. 'The whole weekend has been a so-so feeling with soft tyres, we've been feeling better with the medium,' said Bottas after qualifying. 'Tomorrow starting with the medium tyre, I think it's good.
