Sainz “cautious” over Ferrari F1's Portuguese GP chances despite positive Friday

Sainz outpaced Ferrari teammate Charles Leclerc by just under 0.2s in second practice, ending the day fourth fastest overall. Reflecting on the day as a whole, Sainz felt it was “very positive” as he continued to adapt to the Ferrari SF21. “Very positive day for me,” Sainz said.
