F1 To Discuss Plans To Replace Canadian GP With Race In Turkey
Formula 1 could return to Turkey this year, with the F1 Commission set to discuss plans to replace the 2021 Canadian Grand Prix with a race in Istanbul due to the third wave of COVID-19 infections in the North American country, RaceFans has reported. The Nürburgring is another venue that could host the seventh-round of the F1 Championship should the Canadian GP be cancelled, the publication added.
