Lance Stroll and Kimi Raikkonen have both been handed post-race penalties that have changed the points-paying positions in the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix. On Lap 11, Stroll tried to overtake Pierre Gasly around the outside of Turn 2 but ran wide in wet conditions, cutting the chicane.
