VIDEO: Rinus Veekay released from medical centre after big crash at Indy

Article To news overview Dutch racing driver Rinus Veekay has been released from Indianapolis' medical centre, after he crashed his IndyCar at Turn 1 during Thursday's Open Test at the venue. Driving for Ed Carpenter Racing this year, Veekay touched the grass and lost control as he flew through the banking. Slamming into the barriers at high speed, Veekay could be seen gingerly climbing from the car and was taken for precautionary checks to the medical centre.
