The partnership between Aston Martin and Sebastian Vettel has had a difficult start. The car doesn't have the speed of last season and also Vettel himself doesn't feel comfortable with it. To make matters worse he was hampered by yellow flags during qualifying and that story might have an end. It was Nikita Mazepin who spun awkwardly at the start of his last fast lap on Saturday, causing a yellow flag situation in Turn 1. For several drivers, their fast lap was ruined.
