F1's first driver reacts to sprint races: "I don't mind this idea"

Antonio Giovinazzi would certainly not mind Formula 1 experimenting with sprint racing in 2021. Not everyone seemed enthusiastic last year, but after Thursday's meeting there seem to be starting points. Tests might be held in Canada, Monza and Brazil. "I had a similar experience in Formula 2, but it was different. I don't mind this idea", Giovinazzi is quoted as saying by Sky Sport 24. The Italian believes it is a good development that the pinnacle of motorsport wants to continue to innovate.
