Jordan: Lawrence Stroll is the smartest instrument in F1
Former Formula 1 team owner Eddie Jordan described Aston Martin chairman Lawrence Stroll as having 'the Midas touch' and warned that he should not be ruled out. The Irishman founded the eponymous Jordan team in 1991, selling it to Midland Group in 2005. That team subsequently went through a number of different owners before it was bought by Stroll in 2018 and was rebadged under the Aston Martin name over the winter.
