Sainz: 'Formula 1 should become more dependent on man than machine'

In 2022, some major rule changes are scheduled for Formula 1. Among other things, it is hoped that these will bring the cars closer together and make it easier to overtake again. One of the proponents of the rule changes is Carlos Sainz. He hopes that this will make the drivers make more of a difference.
