Wolff couldn't believe it: "It's shocking"

Toto Wolff couldn't believe what he saw when Romain Grosjean's Haas F1 car broke in half on Sunday afternoon. The Mercedes team boss is happy that the Frenchman is okay and states that the same incident years ago may have had a completely different outcome.
