Hamilton's ‘Eureka moment' was P8 in Spain

Lewis Hamilton’s former race engineer has described the “Eureka moment” that enabled the now seven-time World Champion to lift his career towards the pinnacle. And remarkably, it came in the only Formula 1 race won by Pastor Maldonado! That was the 2012 Spanish Grand Prix during Hamilton’s last season with McLaren, before switching the following year to Mercedes with whom he has captured six of his seven titles.
