Wolff wasn't worried about Russell being dropped

Toto Wolff says the thought of Williams dropping George Russell didn't worry him as the Brit would've been handed more work with Mercedes. In October, rumours emerged that, under new ownership, Williams was looking to replace Russell with Sergio Perez, largely due to the financial contributions the Mexican would provide. A few weeks later, however, acting team principal Simon Roberts confirmed that the team's lineup would remain the same for 2021. “As George said Claire made the announcement earlier this year,' he said.
