Furious Magnussen demands FIA implement new yellow-flag rule change

Kevin Magnussen has called on the FIA to implement a new rule change surrounding double-waved yellow flags following a treacherous qualifying session at Istanbul Park. Magnussen was left fuming when he was knocked out of the first session in qualifying after slowing under yellows on his flying lap, claiming other drivers failed to lift off and went unpunished after spins involving Williams driver Nicholas Latifi and AlphaTauri's Daniil Kvyat.
