A furious Kevin Magnussen claimed “nobody gave an F about the rules” after feeling he was robbed of a Q2 appearance at the Turkish Grand Prix. On the first F1 weekend in Istanbul for nine years, qualifying became something of a lottery as a newly-resurfaced track combined with a wet session to shake up the usual order.
