Russell receives grid penalty in Turkey and is likely to start at the back

George Russell is scheduled to catch up on Sunday during the Turkish Grand Prix. Williams' driver has been pretty much on track in qualifying in recent weeks, but it will not help Russell much tomorrow. The young Briton is swapping some engine parts and will therefore most likely have to start from the back. Upon arrival at Istanbul Park, Williams decided to replace the internal combustion engine (ICE), turbo and MGU-H in Russell's car. All these three components will be replaced for the fourth time during the fourteenth Grand Prix of the year and so Russell is facing a grid penalty.
