Minority stake in McLaren F1 team up for grabs
McLaren plan to sell part of their Formula 1 team, while Brookfield want to secure a £200million-deal for McLaren's HQ, according to reports. Sky News are reporting that the American property giant are one of several bidders who are set to table an offer of £200million for McLaren's state of the art headquarters in Surrey. Their report states that there has been 'substantial interest in the Formula One team-owner's HQ – which includes the McLaren Technology Centre – with Brookfield one of a number of parties participating in the sale process'.
