'It would be better if he had Perez or Hulkenberg next to him'

Mick Schumacher will fight for the Formula 2 championship title next month. Whether he will be able to do so is by no means certain, but it looks as if he will make the transition to Formula 1, regardless of the result. In all likelihood, he will be able to take his place in a Haas car. According to Marc Surer, a former F1 driver and analyst on German television, this is also entirely justified, although he would have preferred to have seen Schumacher make his debut with another team. "I would also have preferred him at Alfa Romeo. Because the Sauber team has a good reputation for developing young drivers. I don't know how things work at Haas," he says to Motorsport-Total.com....
