Ferrari, Renault passed the 2022 crash test

Despite the current restrictions regarding the development of the radically new car for the 2022 season, Scuderia Ferrari and Renault are reported to have passed the front crash test for their brand new machines. Formula One will face huge technical changes in two years’ time when the entirely new cars are set to make their debut in 2022. The new technical rules were due to be introduced in 2021, but the sport has decided to postpone them by a year until 2022 due to the global Covid-19 pandemic situation.
