Williams drivers George Russell and Nicholas Latifi say they have been encouraged that no sudden decisions have been taken since the Formula 1 team changed ownership earlier this year. US-based firm Dorilton Capital acquired the organisation in August and shortly afterwards the Williams family opted to relinquish its involvement.
