Palmer sees opportunities for Renault because of situations at Red Bull & Ferrari

Jolyon Palmer concludes that Renault have made progress. The former Formula 1 driver also states that there are certainly opportunities for the French race team to move even further up the grid in the coming years. Top teams such as Ferrari and Red Bull Racing are not in the most ideal situation at the moment.
